Founded in 1886, the estate practices rigorous quality control and environmental stewardship, using pure spring water sourced from the vast forests that cover over 70% of the property. Following strict hand-sorting for ripeness and density, the harvested cherries undergo controlled fermentation, thorough washing, and an additional 20-hour soaking process, delivering an exceptionally clean and expressive cup profile.
This coffee captivates with a tea-like Earl Grey floral aroma harmonized with juicy notes of lychee and peach. Complemented by a smooth, lactic acidity and a refined brown sugar sweetness, it offers a beautifully balanced and sweet finish.
