Grown near the Honduran border, it expresses a unique terroir shaped by its regional surroundings.
El Durazno Farm is located in the highlands of Chalatenango, northern El Salvador, near the Honduran border, at elevations of up to 1,900 meters. Established in 2015, the farm was founded as a challenge to improve quality by shifting coffee production from mid-altitude areas to higher elevations. The name El Durazno comes from the peach trees found on the property.
Thanks to its cool climate and unique microclimate, coffee cherries mature slowly, developing elegant floral and fruity flavors. Pacamara and Geisha varieties are cultivated on the farm, with the harvest taking place from mid-February through the end of April.
After years of dedication and trial, El Durazno Farm earned its first Cup of Excellence award in El Salvador in 2025. This coffee beautifully expresses the vibrant, fruit-forward character unique to this exceptional terroir.
