Einar Ortiz Falla, who runs La Siberia Farm in Tolima, Colombia, is a highly accomplished producer, having placed in the top ranks five times at the Colombia Cup of Excellence. Best of Colombia Tolima 2024
At the regional competition Best of Colombia Tolima, held in Planadas, Tolima in November 2024, 198 lots were submitted. After domestic evaluation, 17 lots were selected and auctioned. The event was organized by the Colombian Specialty Coffee Association (Assec) and the government, with local exporter Banexport also supporting operations.
