Basic Recipe

Brew using water heated to your preferred temperature between 90–92°C.

  • Slowly pour 40g of water, making sure to wet all the coffee grounds.
• 0:30
  • Pour another 40g in a circular motion, moving from the outside toward the center.
• 1:00
  • Pour 40g in small circles around the center.
• 1:30
  • Pour 60g, gradually widening the circles.
• 2:00
  • Pour the final 60g in a circular motion, moving from the center outward.
