From the renowned Guji region in Ethiopia, we bring you an exceptional top-specialty natural coffee produced at the Anasora Washing Station, located in the lush Shakiso district.
Situated at high altitudes exceeding 1,900 meters, the station processes ripe cherries supplied by over 300 smallholder farmers in the surrounding Anasora village. Benefiting from fertile volcanic soil and significant day-night temperature differences, the cherries undergo strict hand-selection before being slowly sun-dried on African raised beds for about three weeks.
This coffee presents a captivating and complex profile, bursting with vibrant notes of cassis, blueberry, apricot, and kiwi, balanced by a subtle spicy aroma. Complemented by a remarkably clean cup and a juicy, elegant finish, it highlights the rich potential of Ethiopian natural processing.
